Exit Strategies
It’s not quite ready for prime time — we’ll be increasing the posting volume eventually — but there’s no use in hiding lights under bushels, so here is a link to a new group blog I’m involved in, along with fellow TAC alum Jim Antle and current TAC assistant editor Richard Spencer. The blog looks at the military and political realities that have to be faced in getting the U.S. out of Iraq and avoiding such messes in the future. It’s not intended to be very polemical; we want to investigate how we get from where we are now–neck deep in the sands of Iraq and with a bipartisan political establishment in Washington that is in no hurry to get us out–to where we need to go strategically and politically. It’s a work in progress.
